What kind of golf bag is this? Is it Callaway or Ogio?

Someone gave my son a used stand golf bag that says Callaway all over it, except some of the strap buckles are Ogio and there is a tag inside one of the pockets that says "Made by Ogio" and another right next to it with an Ogio quality control number on it. Did Ogio make Callaway bags at one time? It's mostly blue with some black accents, has the backpack type straps, carrying handles, a soft valuables pocket, two or three other larger pockets and a mesh water bottle holder. Not that it will matter to my son what kind of bag it is, but I am confused. Thanks for any insight you can provide.

Fact: Ogio makes bags for Calloway. They've done this for at least the last 7 years. You will pay more for the Calloway logo...but it's an Ogio bag made for Calloway.
Reply:Its a Callaway. Callaway uses Ogio straps.
Reply:You can put a Callaway logo on anything, if you get permission form the company, and pay the licensing fee they demand.

The manufacturer is Ogio, they make the bag, then added the Callaway logo to help sells.

It’s like buying a Hanes t-shirt with OSU screened on it. The Ohio State University didn’t make the t-shirt, Hanes did, and then paid OSU a fee to use the logo and help sell the shirt.
Reply:I reccomend a bag that shows what clubs you have.

If you carry calloways, then keep the bag.

Even though it's made by Ogio.
Reply:To put it simply, it is an Ogio bag.
