I am going out to dinner and the club tonight with my fellow co workers for a small Christmas celebration (we all work at a bar and can't get together on weekends) Anyway, I have a purple sweater dress and these fab purple gator style shoes with two gold buckles one on the front and one on the side. I am wearing a long gold chain and gold earings and it is cold here in Boston so I want to wear tights.. I wanted to wear gold tights preferably but, I went everywhere and couldn't find exactly what I was looking for so I settled for the gold color on this page http://www.welovecolors.com/Info/Colors....
Do you think these tights will look ok or should I go with nude nylons... Any assitance would be appreciated. Thanks!!

Reply:I think it would be cute, however, I don't know if I like the gold color on the site you sent. I personally would just go with nude nylons because a purple sweater dress and purple shoes is a lot of color, those nylons might just look tacky.
I guess it really depends on the look of your sweater dress.
You do have a lot of color happening without the nylons...the gold chain and earings and gold buckles it a lot of gold...
I guess you'd have to try it on and see how it looks, I guess I cold see it working, I just don't know about the nylons.
Reply:if thats the gold ur going with then nooooo purple and sucha bright color clash... u'll look like a pinata lol... but i think u should stick with a plain colore like black because the gold will brighten up the outfit u dont want ur stockings to match so brightly... or if u dont like black go with a natural color. i like the idea f the purple dress and gold gator shoes... ADORABLE! =]
