Where can I buy a long-bodied swimsuit?

I'm a rather long-bodied person but I'm finding it hard to get something to fit. I don't want something with buckles and bows, I need something I can swim in.

I have a friend that has the same problem, she is almost six foot tall (183cm). She wears tankinis because one-piece suits are too tight in the shoulders or to tight in the crotch.
