I have a belt that holds the buckle in place by rivets that dont unclip is there any way to change the buckle?

So is there any ways without breaking the rivets cuz i heard they break off. theres there 12 rivets in all in 6 holes one on top and another on bottom of the belt for each hole. i can pull them apart just a little then it gets hard and i dont pull to hard cuz i dont want to break the rivets PLZ some1 help me and i hope i didnt confuse any1

A shoe repair place may help you. Also if you have a friend who is a mechanic or mechanically inclined, it's not a huge job to take out the rivets without ruining the belt. The they can be replaced with the new buckle. Rivets are pretty old fashioned and rare now days so someone who is older might have experience with them.
