I have a front alloy wheel that is 'buckled' what does that mean?will it damage my car?should i get it changed

It probably means that the rim has a damage from impact - it's very common actually. The alloy rims (especially aftermarket ones) can be damaged easily when the car hits a pothole or a curb. The alloy rims are not repairable, the only solution is to replace it. And since you don't know how badly it is buckled, is it cracked or not, I'd suggest to replace it for your safety.

Don't even think about driving on it. It's cracked and could go at any time. Get it replaced ASAP
Reply:I would find out if the wheel is "cracked" and if it is definitely replace it. Maybe even if it is not cracked. You can buy a whole set of nice wheels at Discount Tire cheaper than one standard alloy wheel. See web link: http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/home.do
Reply:yes get it changed immediately.. if u drive on it you could get into an accident and hurt yourself or others..
Reply:yes you,ll do no end of damage track rods steering rack etc
