Which store is better: The Buckle or American Eagle Outfitters?

Which store has cuter clothes? Which store has better quality clothes (clothes that are less likely to rip, clothes that will less likely have holes in them, etc.)?

Which store is better: The Buckle or American Eagle Outfitters?
I don't know if Buckle is a regional thing, but I've never heard of it in my entire life.





American Eagle, however, I know about. Their clothes are cute and good quality. I've never had something get a hole in it, rip at the seams, anything like that, and I've been shopping there for years.





Things like that, however, happens to clothes I buy at Abercrombie and Fitch, Hollister, and sadly Old Navy. But American Eagle, never! And it's the only place I'll buy jeans, especially since they make a long cut for those of us with long legs.





American Eagle is always the place to go!

Reply:The Buckle would be a better choice for a few reasons. One is that there are a plethora of different brands and styles to choose from, such as Lucky, BKE (there own brand), Volcom, Roxy, Hurley, Billabong, Triple 5 Soul etc. Obviously, at American Eagle you're limited to just the AE brand. At a store with such variety as The Buckle of course the clothes would be cuter there.





The Buckle has such a wide selection of clothing that you most likely won't be wearing the same t-shirt as the person standing next you. When doing a search form something like hoodies on The Buckle's website you can find over 60 different hoodies, whereas AE has only 11 with 9 of them resembling each other.





As for quality, the brands at The Buckle are going to produce more quality items. I own a pair of Lucky jeans from The Buckle and they fit well and are made of good quality. I've had them for maybe 6 months and I do see them lasting me quite some time. American Eagle clothing on the other hand has t-shirts that look somewhat see through and I'm pretty sure I bought a shirt that had a hole in it before even leaving the store. Their denim tends to stretch out after wearing it so you have to wash them in hot water so that you can get them back to your original size after just one wear.





I would choose The Buckle of American Eagle any day.
