The driver's side seatbelt of my 2005 Saturn Ion 1 is stuck in the unlocked position. That it, I cannot wear my seatbelt. What should I do?

It sounds like the locking mechanism siezed. Take it to a Saturn dealership. I can't speak for Saturn, but Toyota has a 5 yr/60,000 mile warranty on seat belt replacement. Saturn is probably just a good. You will want to call them first, though.
