Could this be considered grammatically correct (its a slogan) Buckle Up...Drive Safe...Arrive Alive...?

Technically, it is correct to say "Drive Safely", with the You (which should be at the beginning of the sentence) being implied. Drive is a verb and should, therefore, be modified by an adverb. Safely is an adverb that would correctly modify "drive".

Buckle up and Drive Safe are phrasal verbs.

No grammar mistakes there!
Reply:No it is not but hey thats the government for you. My favorite is "Buckle Up . . . It's the Law." This statement is plainly anti-american you should never do anything because it is the law, you should do it because it is the right thing to do. In other words you should buckle up to be safe not because it is the law.
