How often do you buckle up?

Always, people should take this thing seriously. I didn't before until the guy who sitting beside me in class died in a car accident. Too bad, hell of a nice guy. He shared his homeworks, answers, just all around pleasant guy. (This way way back in high school).

How often do you buckle up?
I hate wearing a seatbelt I feel like I can't move, I personally think it should be an option not a law

i had children but It's important to me that they buckle up so I feel like I should too if I'm going to make them do it.
